At BAVirtual Learning Academy, accessible from moodle.bavirtual.co.uk, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our members. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by BAVirtual Session Booking and how we use it.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online course session booking activities and is valid for members of our moodle.bavirtual.co.uk website with regards to the information that they shared via the BAVirtual Session Booking. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than the BAVirtual Session Booking.

  • API means the application programming interface software provided by BAVirtual accessed by you on any electronic device, named BAVirtual Session Booking.

  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

Information we collect

Google calendars and events owned by you are neither updated, read, nor deleted by the Service. Personal data collected from you are not stored, shared with third parties, nor used for any purpose other than creating an event. The personal data that you are asked to provide by using the BAVirtual Session Booking and the reasons why you are asked to provide it is as follows:

    Access Authorization
    • Authorization token: required to access Google calendars owned by you.

    Calendar events
    • View and edit events on all your calendars: required only to create events on your default Google calendar.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including:

  • To gain access to your Google default calendar to create events for instructor-led sessions.

Children's Privacy

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

BAVirtual Session Booking does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.  You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
